My discus keeps chasing my other discus all around the tank 24/7 is this bad?

I have two discus in a 30 gallon tank, and one is always chasing the other into a corner or just all around the tank, and it looks more aggressive than playful. The dominant discus nips at the other one, but there is no fin damage (yet). If this is a big problem, please let me know what I can do to fix it. Thanks!

I am a new breeder for lizards and im not sure how to get leopard geckos in the mood for love. I have 2 females and 1 male each one ive had for about 1 -2 years. I saw the male try and grab onto the side of the female like they normally do in breeding. But the female just walked away and i havent seen them try since> There all in a 10 gallon tank. Normally Male is in his own tank year round.
