Baby sulcatta feeding Question..?

its really small .. its a baby.. i give it pieces of grass, leaves and a bunch of other types of flower leaves that i could find in my backyard.. everything i cut into bite sizes so that the tortoise could eat it.. it eats a little bit of it. she really likes romaine letucce so i give her that now.. im just wondering what do i feed her so that she could be healthy..
also any info on heating and excersice . i would really appreciaate it.. thanks
