What was your experience with nueturing a chinchilla?
How old was he? did he act the same afterwards? Was he okay? I am planning on nueturing my male chinchilla, and I need to know how it went.

How do I set up everything for a pet rat?
I mean in terms of my room, the temperature it should be, if there are any noises that irritate rats, if there are any smells that irritate rats or even just some quick pointers. Just anything I need to know. Don't say rats are gross, these are fancy rats and they're actually very clean animals. I'd never get a subway rat.

We are going to the beach and I know the I can have my bird at the house we are renting. We are taking her regular cage but it is too large to have set up in the car.
We figure we might as well buy a new cage for travel because she will also need to see the vet before we go and get her wings clipped.

What pony would be suitable for mountain nd moorland showing?
I am looking to buy a pony or horse that I can show in moutain and moorland classes but also ride (mainly hacks/trail riding and a bit of jumping). I would like something around 15hh maybe a little less. My lil' exmoor is too small and getting quite old! Awww. So far I have looked a fell ponies and they seem like the right type of pony.
Any other suggestions?

How long can my Oscar live in a 45 gallon tank?
I have a 2 inch albino tiger oscar in a 45 gallon tank alone. his final tank will be a standard 75 gallon tank just for him. i would like to know how long the oscar can stay in the 45 (as i dont have enough money yet to get a 75) so my question is… at what size will the oscar be too large for the 45 gallon?

How many years does it take for a king snake to become fully grown?
I have a king snake that is about 1 or 1 and a half years old and is 3 feet long. If i feed him a mouse the size of the widest part of his body once every 5 days how long will it take him to become fully grown?
What kind of protective boots should I put on my barrel racing horse?
Ok, I know I need to buy bell boots. Do I just put them on his front legs?
Also, do I need to get splint boots? For all 4 legs?
Any other tips with barrel racing would be helpful! I am starting lessons in a few weeks, but if you know of any instructional dvds that would give me some pointers, I would love to know of some.
