What happens if I put an injured parakeet back to a cage with others?

I have some parakeets and they attacked one parakeet so I separated the injured parakeet and put him with another parakeet. Could the other parakeet try to hurt him too? He is really badly hurt. What should I do?

Here are a few pics of a typical colubrid snake set up in my collection. It houses one of my milk snake females. Its a standard 40gal. tank. Take note of the temp. and hygrometer readings.

As you go down card board layer by card board layer the temps drop by 5 or so degrees for each one.

Obviosly the humidity gets higher as one goes deeper in the aspen. I brumate all my females in their cages during the winter and provide nest boxes for laying in the spring/summer. Next spring/summer (after laying) I will be switching the substrate over to top soil to see if the female will naturally brumate AND nest do to the enclosures size and excellent temp/humidity rages. Hell i might not even remove them to see if they hatch on their own.

The thing that gets me is people normally house this size colubrid in a 20 gal. tank or worse yet a rack system and i feel that is just to small to provide a PROPER temp and humidity range. What do you think?

Should I start feeding my cat food formulated for senior cats?

Hello,

I have a 7 year old, neutered male cat. Should I start feeding him senior formulated cat food? I also have a 4 year old female. She would be too young to eat senior food. I free feed them by putting their daily amount of food in their bowls and leaving it out all day. So, would it make a difference if I feed him senior food? He will probably snack on her food, and she on his.

Can i cross breed a map turtle and a eastern painted turtle? I am planning to get a male map turtle and a female painted turtle so can i cross breed them? Also will the map turtle and the painted turtle be happy with each other?

What are some legitimate and trustworthy chinchilla rescue centers that I can reach from NY?

We just moved to a significantly smaller apartment and the chinchillas have a lot less space and with me leaving for college in a couple of weeks no one is really going to care for them anymore. =[; I really need a reliable chinchilla rescue center that I can trust to take care of my chinchillas before they are adopted.
